Return Policy

 

We have a 60-day "Better Dad Guarantee" policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your first order to request a refund.  If you don't feel like a healthier dad from consistent use of our product, simply let us know and we'll work with you to make it right.

 

To be eligible for a refund, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Here's how our refund process works:

 

If you purchased multiple flavors (e.g., 1 chocolate, 1 vanilla, 1 coffee), you can receive a refund for up to one opened bag per flavor if unsatisfied.

 

Any additional unopened bags can then also be returned for a full refund.

 

To start a return or refund, please contact us at info@dadfuel.com with your order details and we'll guide you through the process.


Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

 

Once we receive your request with proof of purchase, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dadfuel.com.
